I would like to set up the new VPN that Firefox offers, but I cant see the button in my toolbar

When I press the button "Turn on VPN" nothing happens even though the option is there and I'm signed into my mozilla account. Same issue on other devices as well.

Can't find access to sign ups for VPN.
