bold textI need help with my Firefox browser: When i go to home page it shows firefox but when I go to put my sight into the browser it shows as GOOGLE search instead of Firefox. I am wanting to get as far away from Google as possible. Thank you ahead of ti,e for any help.

All my data seems to have disappeared. I have no browser history, and all my bookmarks are gone. the only browser history shows when I started looking for the lost data, anything before that is gone. please help

Hacked and breached my emails and now unobtainable and cannot login yo important NHS APP or websites breached paulinenaylor1@sky.com hacked pjnaylor73@gmail.com hacked pjnaylor43@gmail.com and more problems with nhs append departments telling me I already have accounts in the hacked and breached emails so cannot login since moving house in October 2024 to another address from Manchester to Middlesbrough Yorkshire please help and advise I am trying so hard to rescue my NHS APP they have blocked me and tried to set up a new account but cannot says I still have accounts but breached and hacked so impossible to get into my accounts

For the past month or so, I'd say about 20% of the websites I visit using Firefox just show a blank, white screen. (See allbirds.com site image attached for example.)

1. Cleared the cache and cookies to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 2. Entered Troubleshoot Mode to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 3. Disabled all extensions to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 4. Disabled "recommended performance settings" and hardware acceleration--in combination with some of the above--to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 5. Reinstalled Firefox to see if that fixed it. It didn't. 6. Also paused/disabled VPN (Nord) and anti-virus (McAfee) to see if that made a difference. It didn't.

Any other ideas?

I installed new firefox and it did not work. So I downloaded older version of firefox that does work. But somehow it/I installed my Chrome bookmarks and not my older firefox bookmarks. Can anything be done?

Hi, i downloaded the recent update on 6th March, and it wiped out all my saved passwords along with the password manager, so i had to fill in the details for each visit and to each site i visited. Fortunately i did a system restore to a previous date and got all the details back, the firefox update returned but i cancelled it this time, Are you aware of this and if so are you correcting it, thanks, Malcolm.

Can you please help me with a deeply frustrating problem I'm having with Firefox? After the last update, the shortcuts on my FF homepage disappeared and I can't restore or rebuild them.

Under settings, the homepage is set to show two rows of shortcuts but none are visible. I changed it to show more rows, closed & restarted FF, but no shortcuts appear. I then changed it to no rows, closed & restarted FF, then set it back to two rows, closed & restarted FF - still no rows. I've tried starting FF in troubleshoot mode, but to no avail. Looking through the Community Forums, I can't find anything that directly relates to my problem. In case this may help, I've had this problem once or twice before but I'm afraid I can't remember how it was resolved or if it was anything I stumbled upon that fixed it.

The environment is FF version 136.0.2 (64-bit) on an Acer Aspire E5 PC running Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, version 22H2, last updated 16 March 2025.

If you can offer any suggestion how I can resolve this and stop me pulling my hair out (in my case, it's an endangered species!), my remaining hair and I will be eternally grateful.

Last week, all 11 of my Firefox extensions, which I've been using for years, were suddenly disabled. For each I got the same message: "[Extension name] could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled." Following Firefox's instructions, in about:config I switched "extensions.langpacks.signatures.required" to FALSE, restarted my computer, but nothing changed. I tried reinstalling the extension Adblock Plus from Firefox's own list of add-ons, got the message "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt." Any idea what's going on and what I can do?? Thank you.

iMac OS 10.11.6 El Capitan; Firefox version 78.15.0esr (64-bit)

On my Macbook Pro — OS 12.7.6 Monterey, Firefox version 136.0.2 (64-bit) — the same extensions work just fine.

So I download the latest update of Firefox. New feature: Edit PDF's in Firefox. Sounds great.

Click on the Try it Now link ... downloads PDF to computer. What? What happened to Edit in Firefox? What am I doing wrong?

I updated firefox just yesterday or earlier today idk and the right click menu is so long with multiples of the same and they DO NoThInG! Linux Mint 22 Cin. 6.8.0-55 Generic Kernel
