Latest FF, Win 7 pro, cannot drag pages around on the desktop using the top page bar, it seems that they lock in position. Every once and awhile it lets me drag a page into position and then locks that position so I cannot drage it again. This has happened before in eariler versions of FFox but then a new version would fix it. Even if I create a new window I cannot move it by draging. As I ckick on the page bar, it selects it but I cannot move the page around. I will close FFox and reopen it and see if that fixes it but there is a basic problem
