This problem started yesterday. the program looks like it is closed, however when you try to start it a window comes up stating that is is already running but not responding. I have to go into Task Manager it does not show up on programs running, but is on the process tab as running. I end process, and it will run again, but when I close it and again try to use it I get the same.
