want to export bookmarks, but menu item is missing (Firefox 5.0, Windows XP)

As in previous versions of Firefox I tried to find the export function for bookmarks in the menu Bookmarks. There should be a item 'Organize Bookmarks ...' but it is missing. My Firefox Version is 5.0 and I'm using Windows XP.
