This morning I tried to access the internet as I always have using Firefox as my browser. It would not connect. I have tried this several times today with no success. I decided to try downloading Moxilla Firefox again just I did a couple of years ago, thinking maybe the newest version might help. I accessed moxilla through my Internet Explorer browser (which I seldom use anymore but seems to connect to internet fine. I clicked on download and then on Run. It appears to be downloading, but then when I try to access internet again using Firefox, it fails. I clicked on the Firefox icon and tried Run. It says "extraction failed." Can you help me?
