Firefox needs closed caption video, when will you catch up with others?
Not all of your users are young and have excellent hearing. I was in WWII and can't understand the sound in your help video, therefore, can't find out about V4. Other sites on the Internet have a closed caption option. A small CC icon in the lower right corner. Software for dictation of letters, or control of computers is readily available, which is what the others use. I'm aware that the staff is mostly volunteer, but adding gimicks I don't want and can't learn about from your videos (that take time and energy to make) may drive me back to another browser, or forgive me for the thought, Microsoft! Sorry for sounding like an old grouch, because I'm getting there. How will the new deaf age: the Baby Boomers and younger that make boom boxes of their cars, be able to hear and understand your videos?
