Version 3.6.15 works fine and fixed a serious issue with window management in 3.6.14 where process gets stuck. So I upgraded to 4.0. Big mistake. It does not support the add-ons mentioned in the title. So I went to 3.6.17 and it "failed Chrome registration". Nightmare.
