It autoinstalled over older version despite my setting *not* to auto-update; takes 6 minutes to startup, freezes up, frequent chrome/javascript error messages; how to install earlier version and get rid of 3.6.13--do *not* want to install 3.6.15 over this mess. Removed the 'gather' file as suggested remedy for slow startup. Must clear cache/history often to keep it running, not always successfully. Did not have these problems with the earlier version. This setup makes my laptop run much slower than Firefox 2.12.x on my old desktop (Win98ME !). I do not have the download problems that others have had with this version.

I want to get rid of this, install earlier version without losing my bookmarks.
