It does not automatically open on completion of the install and it does not open when I click on the logo on my desktop or Quick Start bar. It looks like it is starting but nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same result. When I try to uninstall I have to shut down first or the uninstall tells me firefox is running. Starter manager does not show this.
