I am trying to install firefox sync on pc, but it says to restart firefox to continue and nothing happens. I go to the add-on window and it still says that firefox needs to be restarted. What is wrong.

Hello.
Have you clicked Restart Firefox next to where it says Restart Firefox to complete your changes. in the Add-ons Manager?
