Firefox 3.6.3 fails to close itself, leaving an open instance in Task Manager of Windows 7 x64 each time the browser is closed. The instance needs to be closed manually in order to successfully start new browser session. This seems to happen in OEM version of Windows 77. There are no issues with a retail version of the OS. The problem started with a fresh, new install of Windows 7 with no other software installed. == This happened == Every time Firefox opened == Since the fresh installation of Windows 7 x64 OEM.
