password retrieval help, please
Hi....can you kindly help me figure out how to access my saved passwords from a now defunct Windows 7 computer. I had saved them using Lockwise since 2019 and thought I could retrieve them using Fiŕèfox Synch but have been trying for hours with no success. Cannot find passwords to use on dqng smartphone. I am 81 years old and woefully untechy so any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Nothing anyone can do here if you lost your password or login to Firefox. You also should contact Lockwise for help on password retrieval since Firefox has not control what Lockwise does. For Dead computers there's nothing Firefox forum users can do where to help. You need to talk to a computer shop for this issue.
