Can I archive the whole account?
I have 2 accounts on Thunderbird that lost their servers. There was a hosting service that don't exist anymore, so I only have locally stored emails in Inbox for those 2 accounts. Because of this I keep getting error messages like "Unable to connect to server ....". I would like to keep all the emails I have from this accounts but to delete the accounts so that Thunderbird can stop trying to connect to unexciting server and I have Cleaner Inbox list.
I tried selecting all emails from Inbox in one of accounts and archive it but the Archive button don't do anything.
Any idea how to solve this?

Open your Profile Folder > Mail. See Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data In there you will find folders named after the POP server names, e.g pop.example.com, for the orphaned accounts. One folder for each account. Quit Thunderbird, move the two folders to the Local Folders folder that is in there with them. Start Thunderbird and you will find them under the Local Folders account. You can then remove the two accounts from Thunderbird.

Thank you for your reply! I just want to be sure I'm doing the right thing. I found my Profile folder but in the "Mail" folder I didn't find what you explained. In "Mail" folder i have "Local Folders" and "smart mailboxes", in "smart mailboxes" i found "Aechives", "Drafts", "Inbox" and so on. No trace of individual folders for my accounts.
I did found something similar. In MyPfofile>ImapMail i found folders that correspond with my mail accounts they something like "imap.gmail.com". There I did find mail accounts that I was looking for, but I also found same name files with .msf extension, should I also copy those files and if yes where?
If I understand you correctly I should cut and paste those folders in MyProfile>Mail>Local Folders. Is that correct?
