Hi everyone first time I m here happy to know this community is live....Well I explain quickly, I purchased with my Visa card a 30 days (monthly) mozilla VPN suscription, since cannot install it as it seems like I did not use my account to buy it.

Someone maybe knows where I can check which email I used to get VPN?

thank you for posting on the forum!

Have you used an existing email address to sign up for Mozilla VPN? If you enter a email address, that does not exist yet you will not receive the emails and be able to login.

If this is the case you can gladly send me a private message with the invoice number you have received/or the possible email address you you have signed up. Please also let me know an email address on which I can contact you. I will then reach out to you directly!
