the Mozilla vpn application on my iPhone has been behaving strangely for over a month now and i believe i have discovered something of concern within the logs… after tweeting mozilla and inquiring as to how to privately provide my logs in their entirety i was somehow logged out of my iOS application and it is now saying that i don’t have a subscription

Hi there,

thank you for posting on the forum! I am sorry to hear about this issue with your VPN.

Can you try to delete the app on your iOS device and then try download it again? If you have an active subscription it should recognize your email address at login. I think it will be best for me to check your account and if there is an active subscription to confirm this. I will send you a private message now requesting your email address, please provide it via DM so I can reach out to you directly.

Thank you !

Hi @MagsMoz

My subscription is active, and the same issue.

Can you please help me?

Thank you

after repeated attempts to contact @MagsMoz (or anyone from mozilla) to determine what exactly was taking place, i canceled my subscription earlier today. i wrote some pretty scathing comments in the survey i was provided upon my cancellation. vpn services are specifically targeted and suffer from data breaches quite often. it’s unfortunate that mozilla cares so little about the security and privacy that they refuse to investigate issues such as the one we are reporting.
