In Wordpress, the editor tool menu at the top of the screen normally sticks to the top of the page. But in Firefox, it will disappear or scroll up with the rest of the page. This is not supposed to happen and doesn't in any other browser we've tested.

Resizing and refreshing the page may temporarily work, but the problem returns.
