I can't find clearly defined instructions on how to get my locked account unlocked. The email address I used is valid and is the same email address I've used on multiple devices. I have no clue why your email was bounced.

Hi, is the primary email address on your account a Gmail address? Google had an outage today during which it rejected emails with the message that the address does not exist.

I suggest waiting until we hear more from the Firefox Accounts team on whether they can do something on the back end for all Gmail users affected by lockouts (now that Gmail is supposed to be fully back to normal). Otherwise, I think there is a 24-hour wait for unlock...
