First off thank you for looking at my issue. I have a local server that I have upgraded to a new version. Normally I would see the Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead page. I would click advanced, then Accept the Risk and Continue. Today after the upgrade I get a SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL error. I have deleted all certificates, and authorities in Firefox, cleared cache and history, and still get this error even after a reboot of my computer. I can access the site through Edge, Internet Explorer, and Chrome so this is only happening to Firefox which is my default browser. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue?

Thank you, Austin
