How can I undo an accidental "Never" for a managed login?
While logging in to a website, I accidentally hit "Never" instead of "Save." Is there a way to get Firefox to undo this?

If you click Never then you create a password block exception. That you can remove via "Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security".
