how to manipulate search/filter results on a public website

There is a website which i must look for new tender opportunities, "http://www.etenders.gov.za/content/advertised-tenders". I have tried to communicate with the authors of this website in order to allow their filters or at lease sort order to allow for a "By date published" or to provide a link to download a search result, but they refuse to assist.

Their search allows to filter the results by category, cluster etc but there is no filter to allow for entries by date or between two dates and their current sort order is by closing date which places the results in a manner where we need to go through each page of the filter in order to find any new entries.

is there a way to download the entire search result? I have tried importing to .calc and .xls but that only seems to import each current page and not the entire filter result. "if this is possible then is it also possible to retain the links to the downloadable documents?"

or

Is there a way to manipulate the search result into sorting the data by date published, showing the youngest entries first?

Help with this will be greatly appreciated as i have also tried many add-on installs and have not managed.

Regards.
