When printing to Ricoh MPC3003 printers that require User Code to print in color Firefox 49.0.1 appears to ignore print dialogue settings. Jobs that are explicitly set to print in Black and White arrive at printer as color jobs without user code and color jobs with user code set in print dialogue also appear to arrive at printer without user code. All jobs arriving at printer from Firefox are rejected as though they do not have a user code set. Safari prints without issue, most current drivers are in use. Office products print without issue.
