Hi, I am from Skopje, Macedonia and i am an eBay and paypal user for more then 2 years with 140 successful transactions until now. It is over a month since I can not complete any new eBay payment with paypal. I get only this: Error code 70205 What this means? And How to bypass or solve the Problem with this: Error code 70205?
