Automate Applying certificates to Firefox for local intranet sites on VDI

We're trying to automate a way to apply certificates for our local intranet sites for our VDI environment. Firefox stores these certs in the "cert8.db" file that is located in the User's profile.

The issue here is, the Profile isn't created until Firefox is launch for the first time, thus we can't apply these settings to pre-deploy machine. Is there a way we can set a default Profile that has the certificates already applied so that whenever a new user open up Firefox for the first time, it has the applied certs?

Is it possible to do it without a third-party tool such as CCK2, PolicyPak, etc?
