When I click in the URL bar to type, the keyboard changes to QWERTY - when my default keyboard is set to dial pad style.

HI ajontheweb, So in order to troubleshoot correctly can you please provide the version of Android and what version of QWERTY you are using. This can also be an issue on Desktop, so I would just like to make sure we have the same information.
