Can anyone help me restore my missing library of bookmarks that disappeared a few weeks ago? Unfortunately, I was not able to deal with this issue when it first occurred so I hope it is not too late to resolve this problem. After a recent Firefox update, I found I was unable to find the usual drop-down list of my bookmarks. Instead I had to click on the bookmark icon near the top right of the screen. However when I clicked on Show All Bookmarks and Recently Bookmarked nothing was displayed. I have now inserted three bookmarks to sites I use almost daily. I have followed online advice and clicked the Bookmarks button, selected Show All Bookmarks and at the top of the Library window, clicked on Import and Backup and selected Restore. This revealed four recent dates indicating between 12 and 16 "items". But when I select any of these options I still can only access the three recently included bookmarks. Any help to find and restore my bookmarks library will be gratefully received. However, I am not a computer expert so simple advice will be appreciated.
