How can I make my email inbox larger?
My friend sent me 3 photo files, which apparently exceeded my "capacity." He then sent me only two files, which I received with no problem. But -- he said he had sent the same 3 files to many other people -- with NO problem. My inbox is almost empty most of the time -- so what is my problem? Thanks so much!

Have you ever Compacted your folders. See this for explanation. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/compacting-folders
That being said, your provider sets the limit on message and mailbox size.
