Well you are logged into this forum since you posted this question so that is working.

As for your email login info, that is between you and your email provider. Contact them for help with a forgotten email password.

FYI: This forum is for asking questions about Thunderbird and has nothing to do with the operation of your email. No one here knows your email password or is going to send you a new password. If you are using the "forgotten password" function on this forum for your email password you are wasting your time.
