I keep getting error 404 "the resource you are looking for May have been moved....." Firefox is the only supported browser for this website and it keeps giving me this error on my Mac. If I use my PC it works fine. I need this to work on my laptop because it is what I use everyday for school. Why did this start popping up? It worked fine for over a week and just started doing this. What can I do?

Hi Ablondel24, I understand that you are getting a 404 message when you access a website from a Mac, not a PC.

First check the cache for the site: Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:

  • Hold down the Shift key and click the Reload button with a left click.

OR

  • Press Command + Shift + R (Mac)

Second try to Clear cookies and site data in Firefox
