I've DONE the following already- and it still doesn't work: If you're using Firefox In the Firefox menu bar, select the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Settings.

Select Privacy & Security in the left panel.

Under Permissions, find Device apps and services, and select Settings.

In the settings window, use the dropdown menu next to the https://www.adobe.com to change permissions, and then select Save Changes.

Find Local network access under Permissions, and select Settings.

Use the dropdown menu next to https://www.adobe.com to change permissions, and then select Save Changes.

Everytime i try to download an image, firefox gives a 0b file and fails the download after a while. I have tried saving the images from opening them in a new tab and still hasn't worked. Build #2016164375 - android 14

I've file download feature in my web application. When polling of file percentages is complete i am sending file to the client (browser) But in fire fox it downloading an .html file instead of actual file. Whereas in chrome it working as expected.

Around May 7th or 8th, Canvas, the web-based learning management system was hacked. I don't know the nature of the data breach but Canvas was offline for a while. My college's IT department gave the all-clear to use Canvas shortly after it came back online, but I can no longer receive any of the file data from what I try to download off Canvas, it just gives me an empty file with 0KB of data. I cannot find anywhere in the settings to whitelist Canvas so that I can receive file data.

Is there any user-side solution to this, or does Mozilla need to be the ones to fix this? This is impeding my ability to do class work on Firefox, and I have to switch to a different browser to open the PDFs that my professors post on Canvas. I mainly use Firefox for iOS, but I have classmates who said they are experiencing the same problem with the Windows version of Firefox.

In the past week or so, I suddenly stopped being able to download/save files or upload files from Firefox. I get a message that says something like "You don't have permission to open this file". This happens regardless of the location of the file (ie locally on the device, a USB drive, a server drive, one drive etc.).

This happens on two different workstations, one is Windows 11 and one is Windows 10 but both use the same Windows login.

If I try a different browser, I am able to save or upload so I don't think it is a network permissions issue.

In some regions, the offline translation language packs fail to download properly in Firefox. Users are unable to complete the download, which prevents the translation feature from working offline. Please look into potential regional network restrictions or server accessibility issues. Thank you.

I'm unable to download any of my Intel updates. I've turned everything off that I know could be blocking it and authorized Intel as a safe download. I don't know what else I can do please help. Google states that I should be able to go to the shield and the address bar and turn off the enhanced tracking protection however it will not allow. I've gone to the settings page and set it to custom as well as clear all check marks in that setting. Still nothing will not allow me to download my updates for my Intel drivers. Please help
