Can I get a DVD US Mailed to me with Mozilla Firebox for Windows installed on it?
Can I get a DVD US Mailed to me with Mozilla Firefox for Windows downloaded to it so that I can insert the DVD in my laptop and install Mozilla firefox from that DVD?

If you have access to another computer with internet access you can download Firefox 27.0.1 for Windows from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and transfer the file on a usb flash drive or cd to the other computer.
Mozilla used to have CD's you could order however this has not existed for several years now.
