I prefer to speak with someone who have the ability to help me with the issues. At times one can expend too much time searching for answers. Recently I got an smart phone and I wish to continue using Firefox with my new phone. I spend time using the guidance provided by Firefox and was not able to get things done. If Firefox can provide contact information I would prefer to speak with someone. If there are charges for personal guidance, pleas let me know. Thanks.
