prevent the advertisement window
Hello , I have a problem on the browsers (Firefox and chrome ) every time i open them the another window must opened (advertisements or videos or websites ) i use ABP and poper blocker but it only blocked the advertisements and pictures without close the window itself i must close it manually every time :( it is so annoying problem . note: i re-install both of them(the browsers ) but no thing change . please help me to solve this problem . thanks a lot .

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
Please scan with all programs.
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

thanks for your replied , i installed all of programs and the Microsoft Security Essentials and scanned many time and i removed any threats appeared but no thing changed ,and i reset the Firefox too . i don't know if this problem happens because there is a certain virus and these program can't find it ??!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Each program detects different malware, so check with all that you haven't tried yet.
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
