I am trying to configure my corporate email on my Firefox OS device. It requieres a personal certificate as part of the authentication process.

I tried to download the .pfx file using Firefox browser but file doesn't open.

I also tried to connect using manual settings but I receive an error saying: "There is a problem with the server 'https://mail.blablabla.com'. Try again later" and also a technical error: "[server-problem(500)]"

Hi iamjayakumars,

Your response is lame. I can see now why you are one of the Top 10 contributors.

If you cannot understand that mail.blablabla.com is a fake domain to exemplify my problem then I don't think you can help me with my question.

Hi plaguna,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

Not all will have English as a first language. Being disrespectful to anyone trying to help you is unlikely to encourage others to attempt to answer your questions.

Yeah, I got that but, if you don't know the answer you don't post something just to increase your number of answers.

Unless you truly believe than mail.blablabla.com is a real domain. Then you both have my apologies.

Going back to the problem, is it possible to import a personal cert to use it on the Mail application for authentication purposes?

I will leave it for those that better understand this to give you an appropriate answer, but maybe in the meantime reading these articles may help you
