I did update realplayer and adobe flash to the latest version also.
Are you using an object/embed tag or video tag or differently?
If you use an object tag then make sure not to include a classid to specify an ActiveX control and specify the player via a data attribute.
<object data="<url to flash player>" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" > <param /> </object>
Can you post a link to that website or post the code that is used?

well, for 4 hours they didn't show on firefox. then I heard someone say switch the / in the src=" to all \ backslashes. I did that and it worked. then I switched them back to the origional code that was not working before. now its fine also. I have no idea wtf was wrong at this point. i wish I knew why It didn't work before. thanks anyways tho
Firefox needs forward slashes in file paths.
Some other browser also work with backslashes, but Firefox doesn't work with backslashes (you will see them escaped as %5C).
well thank you. learned something new today. Im a novice HTML coder, who uses dreamweaver to help things along. thanks a ton. I hope I get better as things go by.
