Hello...So I was trying to download itunes today and the option for a connection came up so I chose Firefox (remembering that my old roommate had it). The fee for itunes was only $12.00 and that's all I thought was going to be charged, I looked at my back account and there was a $70.00 fee to my account. I wasn't expecting to be charged this much and would appreciate it if the charge/program was removed. If my card number, etc. would be helpful I would be happy to send it again.

This is more of a question for iTunes support as Mozilla nor the Firefox web browser would be able to get your money back.

Sorry, but you got scammed. Firefox is free - always has been, and always will be free, when you get it from directly Mozilla.

Contact your credit card company and file a dispute over that charge. Then try to get that charge reversed thru iTunes.
