Can't get hint review pages to load on Ancestry.com, keeps giving me blank background page. Am told others using FF14 are not having this problem.

When I click the "Review Hint" button on Ancestry.com, it takes me to a blank background page with just the menu at the top and the corporate links at the bottom, instead of the hint review page. This has only started happening within the last week or so, prior to that I did not have this problem. I've heard that some people using Firefox are having this problem, and others are not (at least one person using Firefox 14 claims to not be having this problem). I've tried the "Reset Firefox" button & clearing my cache & cookies, and it did not fix the problem, only gave me the headache of having to re-do my add-ons & customizations & having to re-log-in to websites that I normally stay logged in on. Have tried everything on the help page that the Ancestry.com support people directed me to except for reverting all the way back to Firefox 7. Not having this problem using the current version of Google Chrome. Getting very frustrated.
