i changed the properties of my mozilla firefox 13 to run in comptability mode for windows xp service pack 2 i right clicked on my firefox icon to properties then the compatability tab
and checked the box windows xp service pack 2 i was able to get my add ons and enable them in my firefox tools restart the browser and my norton 360 V6 toolbar is now working
