my HP printer won't print after Qwest did maint on its DSL lines...why
pop up box said not connected .. so had to be disabled by Qwest/Century link when they did the maintenance; they had to walk me thru re-enabling the wireless adapter

Please see this. Please note that the HP software may have opened Firefox depending on the default browser settings on the system.
