import is not available on my file menu
i am trying to access the import wizard, but it is not listed on my file menu where it is supposed to be? how can i access the import wizard?

You can find the Import menu entry in the Bookmarks Manager (Library)
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import Data from Another Browser
