When i start my Firefox My KIS 2011 shows this message C:\.....\MOZILLA FIREFOX\FIREFOX.EXE (PID 4296): Downloading Objects http://pluginstall.info/video/script.js, containing Trojan program Detected. And it keeping coming regularly. I want to get rid of this program

The messages are apparently from your Kaspersky programs. I do not use that and am not even sure what exactly the message above is telling you, and whether that is a false positive or not.
You may be interested in looking at /questions/887789#answer-262747 I note from that thread that kaspersky have a forum.
