I have a yahoo search at the bottom of mozilla page and want it gone.
My son installed a video game and didn’t catch the yahoo search. The yahoo search is at the bottom of the page along with my weather info I have added on. This is not an extension or an add-on that I can just simply go into add-ons and uninstall it. I have tired going into about:config and there is nothing about yahoo that I can find please help.

Hey Joe,
Are you saying that your default search has been changed? If so, that's an easy fix. Just take a look at the Search with the Firefox address bar Knowledge Base article. This will give you steps to change it back.
When you mentioned weather, it sounds like maybe this is some sort of Yahoo toolbar that has been added on though. Is that what you are talking about? If that is the case, I would head over to Yahoo and look at some of their help documentation. This one looks about right:

Hopefully this helps
Default search engine hasn't changed. And as far as the weather info thats extensions I have added. I cannot find where this is hidden at.
