I have a motorola xoom, have downloaded firefox but unable to open file Any suggestions?

Have had problems on certain websites, only getting a partial screen, unable on occasions to get any response when pressing the keyboard. Motorola has suggested that I download Firefox or one or two others mentioned. Download has been successful but when I press it I am told it cannot open file.Help! Tracey Campbell
