how do I recover lost logo's in bookmarks after recent update?
after your recent auto update I lost almost all of the logo's in my bookmarked sites. Some came back when I logged onto the site, others did not. How do get the logo's back?

To change the dotted outline favicon back to a dog-eared white sheet, install a user style, after installing the "Stylish" extension (248.8 KB), if you don't already have it.
Fx 8 - Restore default favicon on New/Blank Tabs

I don't know haw to enter all that computer lingo. I have no clue what a favicon is.Can Mozilla come up with an update to fix the problem? a simple 'click on this link" and it'll be fixed. thanks

You can also try to restore lost bookmark (fav)icons with these extensions:
