Firefox crashes
Firefox crashes at startup. I've tried it in Safe mode, etc. to no avail.
Google Chrome also seems to crash at startup.

oh come on this is really a big problem guys
i have so many saved files :(

Type about:crashes in the URL bar and hit Enter.
- Click the hyperlinks to bring up each Crash Report page; each page may take a few minutes to load.
- Then copy'n'paste the URL of each of those reports into the message box here.
- We'll see if we can help you figure out what is causing those crashes to happen.
