how to reset page appearance to black type/white background
appearance has been black text/'white background. Opened today with blue text & purple-gray back, including system popups (firewall notice) and toolbars.

You can check the default colors.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors
- [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
