I don't want to go to history and then back under history to go back to last open page.

How did I loose this back/forward arrow in upper left corner?

-> right-click empty space on Tab strip and click Customize... from the drop-down menu -> Customize Toolbar window will open

-> drag back <- -> forward button and drop it on the far-left of location bar

Check and tell if its working.

Actually, the fix was quite simple. For some reason, the gremlins (or someone) must have checked off Navigation Toolbar under the View Tab. Once I rechecked it, everything went back to normal.
