Firefox won't show on startup (no browser/menu bar) of Mac even tho it has launched.
Firefox is a startup item on my Mac, with blue blob below icon in dock to show that it has launched, but it won't appear. When I try to force quit it says Firefox (not responding) and refuses to quit FFX. All I can do is turn Mac off and start again.
