When I want to close Firefox and have many tabs open, it never gives me the option to restore the tabs on restart.
I have noticed this recently and it's very irritating: if I want to close Firefox but have it restore my open tabs, it never even gives me the option to do that, it just says "You are about to close [number] tabs, are you sure?" Why is this happening?

press "cancel" or just press "[X]" when the pop up small question window jumping.
