every since update download, can no longer print with on-line apps, like ups.com, etc.

I downloaded recent update and now, can no longer print with on-line applications, such as ups.com, the state newspaper, web based sterling forms, etc. Goes through the printing process, but there is nothing on the page. Help ! John Davis
